the seiko 5Y30-5190 is a vintage 1980s quartz dress watch heavily defined by its classic, rectangular "tank" geometry. it is a prominent example of seiko's popular era of elegant, ultra-slim roman numeral dress pieces that served as accessible homages to high-end parisian luxury aesthetics. one of my personal favourite watches from seiko's neo vintage era.
